Leasing Application Checklist
What you will need in order to fill out your lease application:
1. Color copy of driver’s license
2. Mandatory background check
Background Check application (choose one)
- Married individual and Single individual
- Spouse only
3. Florida Vehicle Registration
4. Application Fee of $150.00 (must be money order)
5. If married, proof of marriage
6. If you are a condo owner, you will need to be current on all fees (maintenance and water)
Next, you can download your application to fill out and bring in to the leasing office.
